Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a B2B Sales Manager

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities within the B2B segment.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B clients including Factories, wholesalers, distributors, and large retailers.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing client relationships.
  • Prospect and generate leads to acquire new B2B clients across the region.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts with new business partners.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and key account status.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the company’s FMCG products and services to effectively present them to B2B clients.
  • Train and support junior sales staff and distributors on the company’s product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate competitor offerings and pricing models to ensure the company’s value proposition remains competitive.
