Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Cyber Security Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cybersecurity of automotive systems in compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 standards.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures in line with ISO/SAE 21434 standards. Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) to identify potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. Define and develop cybersecurity concepts and requirements for automotive systems. Collaborate with design and development teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into system architecture. Plan and execute cybersecurity validation and testing activities to ensure compliance with standards. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures for cybersecurity events. Monitor and evaluate emerging cybersecurity threats and update security measures accordingly. Maintain comprehensive documentation of cybersecurity activities and compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive cybersecurity or a related field. Strong understanding of ISO/SAE 21434 standards and their application in the automotive industry. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or ISO/SAE 21434 certification are a plus.
