Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage prospective customers to generate sales.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate vehicle recommendations.
• Present and demonstrate the features, specifications, and benefits of vehicles to potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and vehicle financing to close deals in alignment with company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new vehicle models, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist customers with completing paperwork and other formalities for vehicle sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional strategies and special offers.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers.
Qualification & experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
