Qualifications:



- Bachelor degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in service center management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, service center partners, and customers.
- Solid understanding of service center operations, including repair processes, inventory management, and customer support.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive performance improvements.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and software applications relevant to service center operations.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:



- Assist in identifying potential service centers and evaluating their capabilities to provide quality services.
- Support in developing accreditation criteria and guidelines for service centers.
- Provide training and support to accredited service centers to ensure they meet company standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with service centers to address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support in implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with ASC Manager to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in service center operations and performance.
- Assist in developing reports and providing insights to improve service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:



Applied Arts / Fine Arts or Equivalent bachelor is a must. 1-3 years of graphic design experience. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Fluent spoken and written English. Strong Proficiency especially with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and other design principles. Can work with brand guidelines, creative thinking, idea conceptualization. Familiarity with social media interfaces: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc... A keen eye for beautiful and interesting information design. A strong and clean visual design sense. Proven graphic designing experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating designs. Develop the overall layout for various branding projects. Hands-on experience with after effects, short videos is a plus.* JavaScript and jQuery knowledge is a plus.
