Job Summary
As an Audit Specialist, you will ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and external audit requirements. You will play a critical role in assessing risk, monitoring internal controls, and improving the organizations financial processes to safeguard company assets.
Job Responsibilities
Internal Audits: Conduct audits of financial transactions, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential financial risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
Compliance Checks: Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
Report Preparation: Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings and recommendations for improvement.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to detect irregularities or inconsistencies.
Process Improvements: Suggest enhancements to strengthen internal controls and improve financial operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and management teams to resolve audit findings.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in auditing or a related role.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of auditing standards and regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and auditing tools.
Certifications: CPA, CIA, or CISA (preferred but not mandatory).
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Language Proficiency: Good to Very Good in English.
