Role Objectives
The associate program manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within Breadfast, from the initial ideation through to the completion
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support in defining the projects based on the business needs
Responsible for documenting the project phases and track the progress and provide administrative support as needed, including preparing presentations,.etc
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Responsible for ensure adherence to all project management and the standards during project execution
Support in schedule and attend project meetings to ensure clear communication to the stakeholder such as project phases and statuses, deadlines, and ongoing issues
Support in analyzing project outcomes and suggest recommendations for improvement-based metrics
Manage different stakeholders across the full organization
Required Education, Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving
Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills
Previous experience in project management software and tools.
