Associate Procurement Manager

As an Associate Procurement Manager, You will be responsible for:

• Respond to all purchasing request received from planning department. (Local worldwide).
• Responsible for weekly shortfall, NPD monthly (New product development) reports.
• Gather and Negotiate quotations from all various suppliers.
• Issue purchase order to the appropriate suppliers.
• Follow up receiving goods from suppliers.
• Ensure receipt of goods on requested time from planning department.
• Coordinate solving technical problems related to goods received within the requirements of technical department.
• Search for new suppliers to avoid risk and enhance current supplier performance.
• Evaluate suppliers performance as per planned periodically.
• Prepare the budget of purchasing process annually.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trend.
• Attend shortfall meeting of future production plan.
• Support packaging and development team to deliver new PM.
• Assist in Create budget of back material and future vision of inflation and deflation.
• Control budget report in monthly bases.

To be Successful in the role, you should have:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university.
• Minimum 6- 8 years of experience in FMCG, Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent command of Both Spoken & Written English language.
• ERP skills- SAP is preferred.
