  • To assist the area sales manager (Team Leader) in guiding & managing the sales team
  • Create new key relationships and develop good opprtunities with key accounts to bring in fresh business in order to achieve the team targets
  • Provide regular market feedback to the ASM (Team Leader) as well as inputsfor formulations of team strategy
  • Maintainm good relationships with key organizations and their employees
  • Back up the ASM(Team Leader) in his/her absent
  • Rersponsible for directly selling financial products
  • Presenting financial products to clients
  • Work hard on achieving all given business targets
  • Look at new companies to work with where there is a good potential for the bank to penetrate
Key Result Areas
  • Consistently increase the penetration in the assigned companies or areas
  • Help to keep the team motivated at all times
  • Monitor and review the daily activity and coach the SO's/RO's on an ongoing basis
  • Provide regular Market feedback to the management to improve the uqlaity, performance and competitiveness of the bank's products and services


  • Jobholder shall preferably be a graduate woth 2 years plus experience in banking/assignment
  • Should possess good credit sense, in depth market knowledge and well versedwith the market practices
  • Should be customer focused and achievement oriented
  • Jobholder to be posses good negotiation, leadership, decision making and high interpersonal skills
  • Good command in spoken English and either Arabic
