We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join Our EvaPharma!
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist the project manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of the project. Ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
Communication: Act as a point of contact between stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, schedules, and budgets.
Resource Management: Assist in managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are utilized efficiently and effectively.
Risk Management: Help identify potential risks and issues, and collaborate with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies.
Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses, ensuring costs are within the approved limits and flagging any discrepancies.
Team Support: Provide support to project teams by ensuring they have the tools, information, and resources they need to complete their tasks.
Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that the project meets required quality standards and deliverables.
Client Liaison: Support in managing client expectations, helping to address concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Scheduling: Help manage and update project schedules, tracking tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications
3 years of overall experience in Manufacturing operations or pharmaceutical commercial experience. Pharmacy school graduate PMP Certification is a plus Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
