Area Sales Manager- Egypt (Local partner CHG)

Job Overview:
As an Area Sales Manager for Ecocoast, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing key client relationships within your designated territory. Your primary objective is to increase market share and achieve sales targets by promoting and selling our marine barrier solutions to new and existing customers based in Egypt. You will work closely with our Partner in Egypt (CHG) , eco coast internal marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning: + Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory.
+ Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and projects.
+ Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
Business Development: + Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
+ Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Environmental Authorities, Ports Authorities, Oil & gas , Military & Defence , Hospitality sector )
Customer Relationship Management: + Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the territory.
+ Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
+ Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product training and demonstrations.
Sales Execution: + Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
+ Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable sales.
+ Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.
Collaboration and Teamwork: + Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
+ Work with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
+ Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: + Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
+ Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market trends.
+ Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay informed and network.
Qualifications:
Education: + Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: + Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Egypt, preferably in the marine industry or ex-Navy.
+ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
+ Experience in managing large territories and diverse customer portfolios.
Skills: + Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements: + Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
+ Valid driver’s license.
