Egybell is hiring an Area Sales Manager for a Qatari company located in AL Mansoura
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a network of distributors to maximize sales coverage and efficiency. Establish clear performance expectations and monitor distributor performance against agreed targets. Provide training and support to distributors to improve their sales capabilities and operational effectiveness. Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to identify areas for improvement and growth. Motivate distributors to achieve their full potential. Ensure distributors adhere to company policies and procedures. Manage and develop a network of distributors to maximize sales coverage and efficiency. Work with distributors to identify and resolve customer issues and complaints. Provide guidance to distributors on delivering excellent customer service. Monitor customer satisfaction through distributor feedback and develop strategies to improve it. Ensure effective communication with customers (through distributors). Manage the overall distribution network in the region. Ensure adequate product availability at all points of sale serviced by distributors. Monitor distributor inventory levels and provide recommendations for optimization. Identify and recruit new distributors as needed to expand market coverage. Ensure compliance with distribution agreements. Prepare regular sales reports and analysis based on distributor data. Monitor key sales metrics and identify trends based on distributor information. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance within the distributor network. Track expenses related to distributor management and support. Gather and report on market intelligence from distributors, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences. Use distributor feedback to identify new product opportunities. Provide distributor feedback to marketing on product development and marketing campaigns.
Job Specifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Skills: Excellent in English Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of financial reporting standards Familiarity with ERP systems and cost accounting software. Previous industry experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and organized. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Required skills
