We are currently looking for a

“Area Sales Manager” to join our team in Nissan Motor Egypt.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities and performance gaps on the authorized dealers outlet level based on sales reports, segment & grade mix, lost sales, KPI benchmarking. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities ).

A Day in the Life:



Sales Process Enhancement: Review sales consultant performance and efficiency with management & define action plans.
Business management: Review financial statements with dealer sales management to monitor operating efficiency, increased profitability as well as compliance with company standards.
Marketing Enhancement: Provide recommendations on new & innovative ways to enhance marketing efforts.
Incentive (VME) management : Educate dealership personnel on current incentive programs for customers, sales associates and outlet .
Customer Quality: Ensure Customer Satisfaction through implemented tools (e.g. Quick pulse survey, SSI survey, Audit, Mystery shop) at an outlet & employee level to identify deficiencies and support the development and implementation of countermeasures

Who We’re Looking for:



Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the Automotive field
Fluency in Arabic and English
Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook
Automotive market knowledge is a must
Strong reporting knowledge
Negotiation skills
Business relationship management skills
Time management skills
