An exciting opportunity has become available as Area Director of Sales and Marketing with this luxury hotel and resort group on the cusp on their next expansion in Egypt and new markets.

As Area Director of sales and marketing, reporting to the Chairman you fulfill leadership and coordination duties while helping to develop an overall plan to scale the company’s growth.

Overseeing the sales and marketing strategy for the company, monitor and analyzing both methods and results, leading sales and marketing team to meet specific goals to meet objectives.

Manage budgets, coordinate client accounts, oversee new projects, and work with partners to develop a long-term plan for the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related fields
• A minimum of 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in 5 star and luxury properties
• Strong leadership skills, able to lead change, mentor and motivate individuals
• Great track record of hiring and growing sales teams and ability to do so with speed
• Hands-on experience strategizing and negotiating complex sales deals
• Diverse negotiation and sales techniques
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent collaboration and conflict management skills
• Business acumen and an apt for numbers and revenue generation
