Talent 360 Is hiring - Design Team Lead - for one of our clients :-Key Missions :Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and creativity.Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and manage workloads to ensure a productive and efficient team.Provide creative direction and ensure that design concepts align with the client's objectives and brand identity.Provide creative direction and ensure that design concepts align with the client's objectives and brand identity.Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas and solutionJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architect Engineering or product designProficient with software such as 3D max, AutoCAD & Photoshop, Illustrator6 - 7 years of experienceFluent English speakerExceptional creativity and innovationProven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a design team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, time management, and meeting deadlines.Ability to align design strategies with business goals and objectives, ensuring that design work supports overall company vision.Ability to manage client relationships, understand client needs, and translate those needs into effective design solutions.
-Working conditions:From Sunday to ThursdayFriday & Saturday are OFF10:00 AM to 6:00 PMLocation : 6th Of October
