OAK Architects Company currently is hiring a "Design Team Lead " :
Requirements :
  • From 6-7 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architect Engineering or product design
  • Excellent Technical skills in graphic design specifically 3D including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficient with software such as 3D Max, AutoCAD & Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a design team, fostering a collaborative and
    productive work environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present design concepts and prototypes to clients and senior management effectively
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and creativity.
  • Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and manage workloads to ensure a productive and efficient team.
  • Create processes and procedures to enhance and support design practices
  • Oversee the entire design project lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery,
    ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. 
  • Maintain a close follow-up on project schedules, providing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual updates to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Provide creative direction and ensure that design concepts align with the client's objectives and brand identity.
Working Conditions :
  • Fridays & Saturdays are OFF
  • Working hours: from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Location: Zayed
