A well-established provider of print and marketing services, seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with sales experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads, introducing services and securing appointments for sales representatives.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects based on set criteria, ensuring that appointments are with decision-makers and fit client needs.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM.
Follow-Up & Nurturing: Engage with warm leads and follow up with previous prospects to reintroduce services and book appointments.
Script Adherence: Utilize proven call scripts and adapt messaging based on prospect responses.

Consistent Appointment Setting: Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly appointment targets.
High-Quality Leads: Booking appointments with prospects that convert into closed deals.
Effective Communication: Clear, enthusiastic, and professional engagement with potential clients.
CRM Efficiency: Accurate and timely updates within HubSpot for all lead interactions.
Team Collaboration: Smooth handoffs to the sales team, ensuring they have all necessary appointment details.
Qualifications:
Sales/Calling Experience: Minimum of 1+ year in an outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role.
Goal-Oriented: A strong drive to meet targets with a performance-based mindset.
Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent English (verbal and written), with a neutral or light accent preferred.
Resilient & Positive: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
