- Deep System Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the MyFatoorah system and its features to provide exceptional support and guidance.
- Customer Success: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and needs, identify opportunities to optimize their payment solutions, and ensure they effectively adopt and derive maximum value from MyFatoorah’s products.
- Documentation Creation: Develop and enhance user documentation to enable clients to independently resolve issues, reducing reliance on the support team.
- Product Feedback: Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams by collecting customer feedback, documenting feature requests, and delivering client-driven insights.
Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of APIs and how they function.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Familiarity with the payment industry or fintech is a plus.
- Experience in customer-facing support roles is a plus.
