Anti-Counterfeit Coordinator - Mission

Database Management:
Manages all data entry and classification of all ACF notifications on shared folder received via shared email as follows: Suspected products identified by sales team/ other stakeholders Consumer complaints about ACF Notifications/ requests of other companies ACF service provider intel that requires consistent follow up Information and claims from customs authority via service providers Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data as required Coordinate with ACF global team to code each claim –for tracking and record-keeping purposes. Maintains database by receiving and classifying requests from Sales team/ other internal and external stakeholders Purges files to eliminate duplication of data. Processes all counterfeit claims’ documents by reviewing data for deficiencies including missing information on counterfeit reports/ documentation required for escalation etc… Following all related policies to GDPR , and confidentiality agreement and Nestle information protection guide lines. Working closely with global data base management team , to assure data accuracy , and confirm that MENA ACF in full alignment with global ACF guidelines and SOPs.
Claim Escalation Management:
Works to receive ACF data from Cluster Legal Counsel via shared email to review collected data in shared folder then to coordinate with Anti-Counterfeit MENA Manager to establish data entry priorities, identify immediate threats and escalate as per guid lines and process. Coordinate with QA team to verify and confirm viability of counterfeited product , then to report to ACF Manager in order to assigns related service provider on the case. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. Follows up on escalation from data entry to resolution by MENA ACF Manager.
Reporting & General:
Update and Develops monthly report to Nestle internal stakeholder on claim progress with service provider. Develops monthly report on claims closed and those still under process . Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Secures information by completing database backups. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Bachelor's degree
-3-5 years of experience in relevant field - Strong Communication skills
-Strong Analytical Skills
-Ability to work in a challenging environment
