Android Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced **Android Team Leader** to manage and lead a team of Android developers in a dynamic fin-tech company. You will oversee the development and deployment of Android applications on both POS and Mobile, ensuring the use of best practices, including Java and Kotlin programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Android developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
  
• Oversee the development of Android applications for both mobile devices and POS systems.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy high-quality fin-tech solutions.
  
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices.
  
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time.
  
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and integrate new technologies as appropriate.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs during development and after release.
  

• Strong experience in Android development using Java and Kotlin.
  
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of Android developers.
  
• Familiarity with Android development for both POS and mobile devices.
  
• Excellent understanding of mobile software architecture, frameworks and lifecycle.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced fin-tech environment.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
