As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Amazon Vendor/Seller Account Manager to oversee our Amazon operations from A to Z.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Vendor/Seller Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience in managing Amazon seller and vendor accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms, the ability to optimize listings, manage inventory, and drive sales performance while ensuring a smooth operation from product listing to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Manage and optimize Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts for multiple products.
• Product Listings: Create and optimize high-quality product listings with compelling content, keywords, images, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Inventory & Order Management: Oversee inventory levels, stock management, and work with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Pricing & Promotions: Implement competitive pricing strategies, manage promotions, deals, and discounts to maximize sales and profitability.
• Advertising & Marketing: Develop and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) to drive sales and improve product ranking.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor account performance metrics (such as sales, ACoS, and customer feedback) and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate regular reports to share insights with the management team.
• Customer Feedback: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, address any negative feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all products meet Amazon’s listing and compliance standards, manage returns, and handle disputes as required.
