We are seeking an experienced Air and Non-Air Fulfilment Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle corporate customer bookings from both online and offline channels, with a focus on providing exceptional service and optimizing travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage corporate travel bookings from online platforms and offline requests
• Utilize Amadeus GDS for air bookings and itinerary management
• Fulfilling Non-Air request using multiple channels to secure the best rates for clients
• Ensure compliance with complex company travel policies
• Provide expert advice on travel industry trends and best practices
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues promptly

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers as needed
