Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive Unifonic’s solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team as an Intelligence Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of customer-centric AI-powered solutions and initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience across our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that our products meet and exceed customer expectations.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
Maintaining and prioritizing a strategic product roadmap, balancing product increments with ongoing learning and adaptation, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders and broader organizational goals
Leading the development of AI/ML-powered solutions by collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that drive business outcomes and provide measurable value
Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align business and technical requirements and priorities, ensuring AI/ML concepts are translated into actionable goals that support both short-term objectives and long-term vision
Utilizing data-driven decision-making to define success metrics, set KPIs, and continuously iterate on product features to optimize AI/ML initiatives
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution, including defining product backlogs, development, testing, and deployment, with a focus on delivering scalable and user-centric solutions.
What you’ll bring:
4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong record of delivering successful products that increased market share with 1+ years leading AI initiatives, including experience with AI/ML-enabled products and integrations
Strong understanding of automation strategies and technologies, with a focus on generative AI, machine learning applications and LLMs integrations
Experience in customer service and/or Conversational marketing is highly desirable
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, NLP, and automation tools
Hands-on experience building prototypes and proof of concepts using AI tools or frameworks
Familiarity with platforms, APIs, and developer ecosystems
Previous software development experience building scalable solutions is a plus
Proven ability to rally technical and cross-functional teams to solve customer challenges
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present roadmaps and product strategy to stakeholders and customers
Ability to zoom between strategic (big picture) and tactical (hands-on) work as needed
Curious and adaptable, with a strong drive to stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends and technologies
