Execute the planting , growing and the harvest plans for an area of 110 hectares according to Agro AOP. Following up the machinery daily operations to execute farms operations either by using CFI machinery or by rented machinery with total value of EGP 0.15 MM . Executing the protection programs to minimize crop infection without exceeding the protection cost budget Executing fertilizers plans according to the growing season and according to the crop conditions, raising variance request when needed to keep the crop in a healthy condition. Managing irrigation to get high efficiency of applied water with and utilizing Enviroscan and other supporting devices to maximize irrigation efficiency , this operation is considered as a key element of yield and quality. Coaching and training a team consists of 10 agro labor to apply the agreed best practices. Following up DL daily activities to achieve the farm target with total cost of EGP 0.23 MM. Daily operations documentation. Execute rogueing in seeds fields to insure high quality local seeds. Coordinating the harvest flow with agro team to insure receiving the crop in its destinations in a good condition. Execute all agro best practices to insure highest crop quality and hectare yield. Qualifications Bachelor of agriculture. Leadership capability 0 – 3 years of experience in potato and corn growing. Computer skills. Communication skills.
