Responsibilities Help in executing company plans of providing the seeds quantities by producing 4.5 M tons of seeds. Annually inspect with quality team for the available land in Egypt to secure proper land with very high quality for deferent seeds generations planting. Execute the planting, growing and the harvest plans for an area of 270 Feddan according to Agro AOP. Follow-up the machinery daily operations to execute farms operations either by using CFI machinery or by rented machinery with total value 2.7 MM EGP. Execute the protection programs to minimize crop infection without exceeding the protection cost budget. Execute protective procedures plan with ensure conducting of daily sanitization processes for all equipment and people before the entrance of pivot and apply protective procedures plan for seeds. Execute fertilizers plans according to the growing season and according to the crop conditions, raising variance request when needed to keep the crop in a healthy condition. Manage irrigation to get high efficiency of applied water with and utilizing Enviroscan system and other supporting devices to maximize irrigation efficiency, this operation is considered as a key element of yield and quality. Follow-up crop performance and share all data that relevant with crop with Agro management team. Follow-up daily activities and operation to achieve the farm target with total cost of EGP 0.35 MM per feddan. Report the daily Agro operations documentations and request the daily fertilizers and pesticides according to plans. Coordinate with Pathology team to do rogueing process in seeds fields to ensure high quality local seeds. Coordinate with Pathology team to certificate all seeds and execute all instructions of seeds certification committee for all seeds production stages. Manage And execute the harvest operations plan and manage the packing labors to avoid any delaying for harvest flow and execute loading the seeds by refrigerator trucks to keep up seed’s quality. Execute all Agro best practices to ensure highest yield and highest quality with lower cost. Receive and deliver the pivot from & to landowner at the planned time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in agriculture. Minimum 5 years of experience in potato growing. High agronomy experience especially in the field of potato, potato seeds and corn Communication skills. Good in Microsoft Office.
