Key Responsibilities
Update and Maintain Spreadsheets: Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets critical for company operations.
Email Management: Monitor and respond to incoming emails, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and maintain clear communication channels.
Document Organization: Manage and organize digital files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and well-maintained.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and providing support for team projects and initiatives.
General Tasks: Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed to support company operations and administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook for efficient task execution.
