About the role



We’re currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant who has a genuine passion to deliver exceptional high-quality administration and reception support to the regional manufacturing managers and their teams.
A day as an Administration Assistant will see you:
Create travel bookings
Create purchase orders, reconcile and pay invoices within the procurement system
Data entry
Maintain manual filing systems
Deliver outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers
Use your excellent organisational skills to help prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Assist in the coordination of meetings, including creating agendas and taking minutes
Connect with customers and team members while working in reception
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Experience working in a busy administration position supporting multiple stakeholders
Experience preparing and assisting with the coordination of meetings, including creating agendas, and taking minutes
Ability to respond to competing and changing priorities, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
Professional written and verbal communication with a focus on attention to detail
A keen collaborator with a strong sense of teamwork as you will be dealing with multiple departments and a range of administrative duties
Strong digital and technical aptitude
This is a permanent full-time role reporting into the Administration Team Leader. You will be based out of our processing centre in Alexandria (about a 5 minute walk from Green Square train station) and will be required to work on site full-time.
