An export and trading company is now looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to provide support to managers and employees, assist in daily office needs, and manage the company’s general administrative activities.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Greet visitors and manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Job Requirements:
1-3 years of proven working experience in the same position.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Very good command of English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web browsers.
