Talent 360 is expanding and seeking a talented Admin Assistant to join our team!


Responsibilities:


Communication Management:


  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and virtual meeting coordination.
  • Draft and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Scheduling and Calendar Management:


  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update calendars for team members.
  • Send reminders and ensure timely attendance at meetings.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate and organized digital filing systems.
  • Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed.

Project Support:


  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.
  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials.
  • Conduct research and gather information as required.

Virtual Office Management:


  • Ensure efficient operation of remote communication tools and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to team members.
  • Ordering and tracking office supplies.

General Administrative Support:


  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
