An export and trading company is now looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to provide support to managers and employees, assist in daily office needs, and manage the company’s general administrative activities. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Greet visitors and manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Job Requirements:
0-2 years of proven working experience in the same position.
Fresh graduates and Entry Levels
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent command of English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web browsers.
