Provides secretarial and administrative support to the department including the typing, preparation, and compilation of reports and proposals. Develops and maintains the filing system for the department. Prepares the stationary request and ensures regular availability of stationary. Maintains and updates a telephone list of staff’s numbers and allocates them whenever needed. Handles travel logistics for team members. Submits required reports regularly and per request. Give immediate feedback for the assigned tasks results.
