Job Description
As the
ACDelco Coordinator, you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategies for the ACDelco product lines (batteries, lubricants, and other parts) in Egypt.
Responsibilities include:
Create P/R needed to release purchase orders for ACDelco products and follow up on concerned teams until POs are issued Sending ACDelco orders for spare parts ordered from the dealer to suppliers Follow up with suppliers until ensuring that orders arrive at the dealer warehouse within standard delivery time frame Special and rapid coordination in the event of sudden orders that will improve customer satisfaction Follow up on back orders to ensure they are delivered at an appropriate time In case of parts quality concerns, follow up is required to ensure proper closure Conduct regular field visits and surveys to study competitors’ prices and getting feedback on our products from the market Making receipts for the parts delivered to the agent إنشاء طلبات شراء لمنتجات آي سي دلكو P/R ومتابعتها حتى إصدار أوامر التوريد P/O ارسال طلبيات أجزاء آي سي دلكو للموردين المختص متابعة الموردين حتى التأكد من وصول الطلبيات لمخاز ن الوكيل التنسيق الخاص و السريع في حالة وجود طلبيات مفاجئة من شأنها تحسن رضاء العملاء (حالات الضمان) متابعة الطلبيات المتأخرة ( Back order ) للتأكد من توريدها في وقت مناسب في حالة وجود أي مشاكل جودة تتم المتابعة لحل المشاكل و الوصول للمستوى المطلوب متابعة التأكد من العلامه التجارية لمنتجاتنا عمل إستكشافات و استطلاعات ميدانية لمعرفة اسعار المنافسين ومدي فاعلية و تواجد منتجاتنا متابعة الموردين بشكل دوري للتأكد من تسليم قطع الغيار في المواعيد المحددة عمل الاستلامات للأجزاء التي يتم تسليمها للوكيل
