Job Description The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for Accounts payable Accountant who will have the responsibility for recording the account payable invoices. What you will do:
Business partner with procurement and supply chain functions.
Booking of the AP invoices/ related debit notes to advise vendors and conduct a three-way match.
Record of intercompany invoices
Book, review and reconcile all employees' custody related to company purchases
Book and review cash salary (out of Delta)
Closely supervise of the employees advances and ensure clearance of the aged items
Book and review all customs fees
Record the monthly amortization of the prepayments
Booking and review all cash in safe transactions
Coordinating with AR Team to close monthly Cross charges.
Prepare the A.P monthly closing reports
Reconcile the A.P. accounts through Black Line
What you bring:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Work Experience: 2 to 3 years in Accounting and Finance in FMCGs
Software background: literacy understanding of the ERP system (Oracle/ SAP)
Language Knowledge: good command in English
Postgraduate Certificate: IFRS or Similar professional certificate
