Expense Report Management:
Process and review all expense reports submitted through Concur.
Provide guidance and support to employees in accurately completing and submitting expense reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all expense reports.
Prepare payments and deductions related to employee expenses.
Policy Enforcement:
Regularly review and update company expense policies to align with current regulations and best practices.
Ensure consistent application of expense policies across all Concur reports.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service to business departments and controllers, meeting or exceeding agreed service level agreements.
Accounting and Compliance:
Contribute to the accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions in relevant systems, adhering to Group policies and procedures.
Support compliance and internal control efforts related to accounting, taxation, and reporting.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Team Collaboration:
Follow instructions and guidance provided by the Team Leader.
Required Skills:
Very good command of turkish language.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive approach and ability to work under pressure.
Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
