. Focus on developing relationships with new customers, as well as expanding existing ones to preserve the customer loyalty to the Company
. Manage the territory and interface with decision-makers
. Development and execution of a business plan targeting medium to strategic accounts
. Analyze customer needs to build solutions to our clients to provide them with business edge against their competitors
. Interface with all internal departments to help solve customer problems and to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
. Negotiate contracts to ensure best outcome in favor of our company
. Prepare proposals and ensure the quality of the proposals to keep the company’s standards
. Follow up with the PM department to guarantee project proper delivery, customer satisfaction and money collection
Skills
. B.Sc of Engineering (Communication/Computer), Business, Sales, or Marketing
. 4-6 years of experience
. Technical certification is a plus
. Preferably, knowledge of Data Center services (Colocation Services)
. Preferably, familiarity with Cloud computing and hypervisor technologies.
