Summary :


The Account Manager is responsible for on-ground account management and acquisition of MaxAb Stops Deposit Points, playing a key role in expanding fintech services. This includes identifying and negotiating with merchants, acquiring new deposit points, managing existing partners, and handling operational challenges.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential key clients in the assigned territory, building a Strong Network of Retailer Deposit Points.
  • Lead Generation: Use a variety of strategies such as networking, referrals and site visits to generate a network of potential leads for future expansions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead sales negotiations and close deals with merchants and later directly managing their ongoing support.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications :


  • Proven experience in direct sales, ideally within the fintech, payments, or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in the fintech industry.

Preferred Qualifications :


  • Previous experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
