EgyBell is hiring an Account Manager to join a leading company in Saudi Arabia ( Remotely) .
Key responsibilities:
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identifying opportunities for account growth and actively pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients. Preparing and presenting detailed reports on account performance, market trends, and growth opportunities. Developing strategic plans for account development and diversification of services. Ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and quality standards. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management. Fluency in English. Proven track record in sales and account management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work collaboratively with functional and non-functional teams. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Human Resources or Contact Centre services is a plus. Experience working in Saudi Arabia or with Saudi clients are preferred. Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances in the region are preferred. Certifications in Sales Management Account Management, or relevant fields are preferred. Required skills
