Talent-360 is hiring Account Director for one of its clients in Media and Advertising field 

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our dynamic team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing the execution of the campaigns, and driving continued growth and profitability for your account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day work of cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client objectives
• Develop strategic marketing plans and recommendations to drive business impact for clients
• Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and proactively communicate status updates and recommendations to clients
• Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client relationships
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' industries, competitors, and market challenges
• Effectively manage client budgets and profitability for your account portfolio

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in an account management or client services role, ideally within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and translate client business objectives into integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

Work Conditions:

• Location: Mohandeseen
• Working Hours : 09:00 to 17:00  or 10:00 to 18:00
• Fulltime job from site
