الوصف الوظيفي

•    Sales Implementation:
Follow up on all customers and conduct regular visits to ensure satisfying their needs and handling their requirements. Pursue new businesses and demonstrate product portfolio to potential clients.
Responsible on conducting sales visits and or sales calls (telesales) as instructed by his direct supervisor in order to achieve the sales target.
Introduce new products. New categories to the customer data base assigned by the direct manager


•    Sales Force update
Update customers data base and new customers on sales force periodically (contacts from different divisions, Address of branches, address of head office…etc.
Attach all customers proposals and contracts on SF system


•    New Customers:
Responsible for achieving the sales targets and plans in relation to soliciting and establishing supply agreements with potential customers in line with own department strategy and plans.
Responsible for building close relationships with potential and new customers to ensure satisfying needs.


•    Market research:
Update the management with the latest market insights regarding new products launched in the market, prices, competitors…etc.
•    Order Management:
Applying discounts on Salesforce system and sync customer prices with system prices before making any orders
Making orders right away on Sales Force System once the customer send it.
Make sure that the customer doesn’t have any pending payments 
Follow up with the credit policy and process to make sure order reached the distribution phase
Make sure the order to be delivered within the company SLA
•    Collection:
Responsible for managing all customers overdue and coming due amounts
Revise the monthly overdue and provision for the customers data base assigned from his/her direct manager
Solve any pending issues related to customer payment
•    Reporting and Analysis:
Revising Daily Sales Report and report achievements to his/her direct manager
Forecasting next month Sales amounts and per SKU.


•    Customer Satisfaction and Complaints:
Responsible for handling customer complaints in efficient and professional manner within FS policies and systems.
Responsible for coordinating with own manager to measure and analyse customer satisfaction and implement necessary actions required.
   Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:
•    BA in business administration or any related field
•    A minimum of 2 years stretching experience 
•    Strong Communication skills.
•    Achievement Eagerness.
•    Strong negotiation skills.
•    Solid analytical and presentation skills.
•    Market knowledge.
•    Information seeking.
•    Strong sense of teamwork and excellent people development and motivational capability
