Assist our restaurants & Account Managers with their queries or information by email and ensuring high quality of response and correct actions
Create and update new/existing restaurants menus, coverage areas, delivery region, working hours, contact numbers, images and logos on Talabat website and app
Upload and maintain correct record of promotions / offers on Talabat website
Change restaurant status as per business needs or clients request to avoid any discrepancies
Liaise with Graphic Designer for resizing of photos & logos
Ensure high competency of work quality and speed of response
