Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring an Accounts Receivable Accountant
Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers. Verify billing data to ensure completeness and correctness. Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring all payments are accurately applied. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts. Implement and manage an effective collections process to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. Communicate with customers to address payment-related inquiries and discrepancies. Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management. Provide insights into trends, aging, and potential collection issues. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role. Familiarity with Oracle and sales force applications (Sales Buzz, DMS1, MSales, etc.). Advanced experience with MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 1-3 years of experience in Accounting
