The purpose of this workshop is to develop an understanding of business fundamentals. It is designed for those individuals who wish to gain the business skills provided by a traditional MBA programme without incurring the time and cost necessary to undertake a full MBA programme. It is ideal for all current managers and those aspiring to become managers. It works well in all business types and also can offer essential skills for the budding entrepreneur as well as well-seasoned executives. The methodology will be to identify a business situation, create real & implementable solutions to overcome barriers & improve the business. Therefore, this course is designed to be highly interactive. Prior to attending, you will be asked to select a current business issue, which will be discussed with the tutor before the course starts. Post-course, you will have access to the tutor for follow up purposes and further advice. A detailed set of notes will be provided including an explanation of all models, tools and techniques for your future use.
