The University of Duhok is a fast growing establishment in the city of Duhok, situated on the international highway between Iraq and Turkey. Currently, the UoD has 9 faculties with 18 schools, more than 9,100 undergraduate students and 660 graduate students.

The newly established Career Development Center (CDC) has a vision to establish a bridge between the University of Duhok (UoD) and the various businesses and organizations within the Kurdistan Region, with the intention of placing skilled students in the local labor market.
