CEO | FOUNDER MR. SANTOSH SALVI

Santosh Salvi is the founder of UNIQUE System Skills LLC. a industry leader in providing Direct Hire Placement, Temporary/Contract Staffing, Temporary to Direct Hire Employment, IT training and Outplacement Service to the business community.

Santosh has also been a consultant with over twenty years of experience in ERP platforms comprising of Oracle, People Soft, and SAP. He is experienced in leading and managing product upgrades of HR Payroll, Financials, SCM CRM modules and setting up production support leveraging global delivery model. Mr. Salvi is also a successful founder of his real estate venture Salvi Enterprises LLC.

Mr. Salvi currently volunteers at several organizations currently serving as Vice President of New England Marathi Mandal (NEMM.ORG) having around 1000 members in and around MA, NH and RI.

Additionally, he is an Advisory Board member of YMCA in Nashua and Merrimack, New Hampshire.

Shweta Salvi is the Co-founder of UNIQUE System Skills LLC and the real estate venture Salvi Enterprise LLC. Shweta is an experienced project manager who has consistently delivered complex global projects in the health care industries. She has over eighteen years of experience in IT management and has worked extensively on onsite and offshore models in various countries such as: Australia, India and the United Kingdom.

For more than 60 years, we have focused on quality services and have been able to build a strong leadership teams through our relationships with clients and individuals worldwide. Today, UNIQUE System Skills LLC leadership experts operate from North America, India, UAE and Mexico.
