Specialized Investment Compounds Company Plc (SPIC), better known for its Arabic name Al Tajamouat or its ticker symbol SPIC, was established in 1994 with a current paid up capital of JOD 25.7 million. The company has assets of over JOD 70 million, a market capitalization of over JOD 240 million (USD 340 million), and is a publicly listed company on the Amman Stock Exchange.

SPIC’s flag ship project was the development of Al Tajamouat Industrial City, which is to provide manufacturers with quality industrial workspace, complete with all the necessary infrastructure and services designed to facilitate the process of setting up and operating a factory in Jordan. SPIC provides investors with readily available and tailor-made industrial and storage buildings, constructed in record time, under the supervision of their own in-house Engineering Department. It has constructed, within Al Tajamouat Industrial City, over 340,000 square meters (m2) of buildings on a total area of 420,000 m2 of land.
