We are a law firm specializes in Intellectual Property which started in Saudi Arabia to count and have 18 offices throughout the Middle East and North Africa.

We are looking to add a new Lawyer, paralegal and Secretaries to our offices in Oman and Lebanon.

Overview of the role:

The firm has experienced significant growth and is looking to add Lawyer and Legal Secretaries to support their newly established practices in the said offices. You will be expected to complete an exciting mixture of work for the firm.

Role and Responsibilities:

Take instructions and queries from Partners, Associates and Senior Paralegals.

Arrange overlook diary management and day-to-day tasks.

Provide legal assistance to the team and manage communicate with the firm’s office.

Ability to deal, communicate and interact with clients.

Meet deadlines and work effectively and efficiently under pressure

Requirements:

Fluency in English (Arabic & other languages are preferable as well).

Knowledge in computer tool and applications usage (i.e. Microsoft Office).

Flexibility to work under dynamic environment

High team work spirit
