SDEC is Part of Abduljawad Group of Companies that includes the Universal Motor Agencies, Barwill shipping, PLC Arabia, and Saudi Amana Construction.

The company extended its Products Portfolio to become sole distributor of international names of Doosan (Construction, Power & Lifiting Equipment), Everdigm (Concrete & Construction Equipment), Dongyang (Lifting Equipment), Peax (Rental Equipment), Montabert (Attachments), Pengpu (Bulldozers), Allison (Transmissions), Marathon Electric (Power Equipment), and other leading brands.
