We are pleased to introduce ourselves as Otaishan Consulting Engineers (OCE) which was established under the banner of Al-Otaishan Group in early 1992 by its founder Dr. Abdulaziz Bin Turki Al-Otaishan, Located at Riyadh's main city, OCE formed a group of inter-disciplinary engineers where its main objectives are aimed at utilizing its technical and professional know-how not only in the Kingdom but in the Gulf region as well. Having been in the engineering services field, OCE has successfully completed many projects.
