The company is started since 2006 as simple contracting business serving companies such as Saudi Arabian Saipem, Baker Hughes, and supporting many projects in Jubail Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sabic and saudi Kayan.

Built then the manpower division aiming to support projects providing the competitive manpower resources, together with the Trading division, in reliable support the project in line with construction, building and maintenance. It has been many challenges since then to gain innovative systems in connection with outstanding service.
