Noor Al-Fajr Contracting was established in 1985 in Dammam as a small sole proprietorship primarily involved in simple electrical work for residential projects. After few years, the company began to take on plumbing work in addition to electrical work and shifted focus to electromechanical works for industrial and commercial projects.

It has been the company's policy to emphasize and monitor quality assurance and safety in all its operations.

By the grace of God and with proper planning and excellent work, we have established a strong foundation in the contracting sector based on principles we do not deviate from, which are:

Thanks to Allah, our work diversified, and we succeeded in executing many distinguished projects in the Jubail Industrial Area as well as in Dhahran, Khobar, and Dammam in the Eastern Province. The company is distinguished by its highly skilled staff supported by a large team of professional and regular labor, equipment, and with regard to the technical study of projects, we have devoted our utmost effort. We study the plans provided by the owner and provide technical comments during the study and execution period, ensuring error-free work. During the execution phase, all activities and project stages are monitored by a quality control team and compared to contract specifications, as well as monitoring activities to ensure they match the project's schedule.
