NAMAA is a progressive company with a model real estate portfolio. We provide ergonomically designed work environment for businesses and organizations throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

NAMAA was established in 1998. Originally created to operate as the real estate arm and land bank for Olympic Group, the company handles all the Group's real estate assets and manages the expansion of its industrial facilities. NAMAA is currently traded on the stock market.

In 2002, NAMAA formed a powerful strategic partnership with the Egyptian Saudi German Health Care Company – a leading health care specialist in the MENA region – in order to establish the first German Saudi Hospital in Egypt.

In 2006, NAMAA established TEEM (The Egypt Emirates Malls Group). This is a joint venture with the pioneering Majid Al-Futtaim Group, who first successfully introduced the concept of the hypermarket to Egypt. TEEM is currently establishing three malls that center around Carrefour as the key anchor hypermarket.

In 2007, NAMAA established OCL (One Chain Logistics) as partnership with Prime Cargo, a European leader in the field of warehousing logistics. OCL now operates two mega-warehouses and is establishing a series of warehouses covering major industrial clusters, distribution hubs, and key markets in Egypt.
